Beet, Orange & Carrot Juice (Super Healthy!)

This fresh beet, carrot, and orange juice is both delicious and nutrient-rich. Loaded with Vitamin C, it boosts circulation and tastes fantastic.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound beets small and firm
  • 4 small carrots or 2 large carrots
  • 4 navel oranges

Method
 

  1. To prepare this recipe, add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until fully combined. Strain the mixture into a pitcher and refrigerate until cold.
  2. Alternatively, use a high-quality juicer to extract juice from the oranges, carrots, and beets. Stir in the honey before refrigerating.
  3. Thoroughly wash all your produce.
  4. Remove the peel from the oranges and discard.
  5. Trim both ends of the carrots and discard.
  6. Cut off the root and top of the beets and discard.
  7. Juice the washed and prepared ingredients. Enjoy your fresh juice!
