INGREDIENTS
  

  • 1 pound beets, small and firm
  • 4 small carrots , or 2 large carrots
  • 4 navel oranges

INSTRUCTIONS
 

  • To prepare this recipe, add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until fully combined. Strain the mixture into a pitcher and refrigerate until cold.
  • Alternatively, use a high-quality juicer to extract juice from the oranges, carrots, and beets. Stir in the honey before refrigerating.
  • Thoroughly wash all your produce.
  • Remove the peel from the oranges and discard.
  • Trim both ends of the carrots and discard.
  • Cut off the root and top of the beets and discard.
  • Juice the washed and prepared ingredients. Enjoy your fresh juice!
