Method
- Add the cottage cheese and sour cream (or Greek yogurt) to a small jar or bowl.
- Stir in the diced cherry tomatoes and fresh dill.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Enjoy immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to eat.
Notes
- Add sour cream/yogurt until you get the texture you like.
- Fresh dill really shines here, but chopped chives or parsley work well too. Use dried herbs if you don't have fresh.
- Taste your cottage cheese before adding salt, as some brands are saltier than others.
