These cottage cheese jars are one of my favorite high-protein lunches to keep in the fridge during busy weeks. They're creamy, fresh, and take just a few minutes to assemble. I especially love them in the summer when cherry tomatoes are at their sweetest. Enjoy them with crackers, toasted sourdough, pita chips, or simply grab a spoon and dig in.

Tip: For an even more satisfying lunch, top the jars with everything bagel seasoning, or a sprinkle of sunflower seeds for added crunch.
