This Creamy Tomato Dill Salad is made with juicy tomatoes, fresh dill, onions, and a simple sour cream dressing. An easy summer side dish ready in just 10 minutes.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 medium tomatoes chopped (about 2½-3 cups)
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup onion sliced medium thin
  • ¾ cup sour cream or more if needed
  • 1-2 tablespoons fresh dill finely chopped

Method
 

  1. Chop the tomatoes and place them in a large bowl.
  2. Thinly slice the onion and add it to the bowl.
  3. Stir in the sour cream (or sour cream and Greek yogurt mixture).
  4. Add the fresh dill.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. Gently toss until everything is coated.
  7. Let the salad rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
