Creamy tomato salad tosses ripe tomatoes and thinly sliced onion in a dressing of sour cream, fresh dill, and a little Greek yogurt for tang. It comes together with no cooking, right when tomatoes are at their best.
I usually make this during tomato season when the tomatoes actually taste like tomatoes. It's simple, refreshing, and somehow disappears from the table every single time.

Ingredients
- Tomatoes - Use ripe, in-season tomatoes for the best flavor. Roma tomatoes work, but vine-ripened or garden tomatoes are my favorite.Onion - Thinly sliced onion adds a little bite. If raw onion isn't your thing, soak the slices in cold water for 10 minutes before adding them.
