An easy, 4-ingredient gluten free flour blend that comes together in 5 minutes and can be used in place of all purpose flour in most recipes.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cup white rice flour gluten free
  • cup millet flour
  • ¾ cup cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoon xanthan gum

Method
 

  1. Whisk together all the flours and add xanthan gum. You can even mix all the ingredients in a food processor, this way they will be properly combined.
  2. Store in an airtight container like a jar.
  3. Enjoy gluten free baking!
