¼cupfrozen raspberries
4ouncesgin
2ouncesfresh-squeezed lemon juice
4ouncestonic water
2ouncessimple syrup
2 ½cupsice
INSTRUCTIONS
Prepare the Raspberries: You can use fresh or frozen raspberries. If using fresh, wash and dry them thoroughly. If using frozen, allow them to thaw slightly for easier blending. Once thawed, muddle them gently in serving glass.
¼ cup frozen raspberries
Blend the Ingredients: Combine the tonic ice water with your favorite gin, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and ice in a blender and blend until smooth. The result should be a frosty, slushy mixture that's ready to pour.
Serve and Enjoy: Pour your frozen gin and tonic into a serving glass and garnish with a fresh raspberry or a wedge of lemon. Enjoy this crisp beverage on a beautiful warm weather day.
NOTES
Simple Syrup: If you don't have simple syrup, you can make it by dissolving equal parts sugar and water over low heat. Let it cool before using. Adjust the sweetness to your preference.
