Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen peach slices
  • 3 tablespoons peach schnapps
  • 1 cup Champagne or Prosecco, Cava

  • grenadine for decoration

Method
 

  1. In a blender, combine the frozen peach slices and peach schnapps.

  3. Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy. Prepare champagne flute cups for serving. Pour the peach mixture into the prepared champagne flute cups, filling them about halfway.
  4. Top off each glass with chilled Champagne or Prosecco. Gently stir each cocktail to combine the flavors.
