INGREDIENTS
1cupfrozen peach slices
3tablespoonspeach schnapps
1cupChampagne , or Prosecco, Cava
sugar, to taste
grenadine, for decoration
INSTRUCTIONS
In a blender, combine the frozen peach slices and peach schnapps.

Add sugar to taste if desired, depending on the sweetness of the peaches and your preference.

Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy. Prepare champagne flute cups for serving. Pour the peach mixture into the prepared champagne flute cups, filling them about halfway.
Top off each glass with chilled Champagne or Prosecco. Gently stir each cocktail to combine the flavors.

If desired, add a splash of grenadine on top of each cocktail for decoration.
