INGREDIENTS
  

  • 1 cup frozen peach slices
  • 3 tablespoons peach schnapps
  • 1 cup Champagne , or Prosecco, Cava
  • sugar, to taste
  • grenadine, for decoration

INSTRUCTIONS
 

  • In a blender, combine the frozen peach slices and peach schnapps.

  • Add sugar to taste if desired, depending on the sweetness of the peaches and your preference.

  • Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy. Prepare champagne flute cups for serving. Pour the peach mixture into the prepared champagne flute cups, filling them about halfway.
  • Top off each glass with chilled Champagne or Prosecco. Gently stir each cocktail to combine the flavors.

  • If desired, add a splash of grenadine on top of each cocktail for decoration.
