My favorite time of year is the end of peach season. It’s when you can enjoy perfectly ripe, sweet peaches at their best. But even if fresh peaches aren’t available, you can easily make a delicious peach bellini using frozen peaches.
Frozen Peach Bellini
It's the perfect drink for a hot summer day or a fun evening with friends.

Why You’ll Love This Frozen Peach Bellini Recipe
💖 Quick & Easy: Just a few ingredients and a blender, and you're good to go!
💖 Versatile: Perfect for brunch, pool parties, or even a dinner party.
💖 Refreshing: The slushy texture makes it super cooling on a hot day.
What You’ll Need to Make Frozen Peach Bellini
- Frozen peach slices - They give the drink a slushy texture and sweet peach flavor. You can buy frozen peaches or freeze-fresh ones. Fresh ones whould work but won't give that thick texture for your bellini.
- Peach schnapps - Adds extra peach flavor and sweetness.
- Sparkling wine - Feel free to use your favorite high quality Champagne, Prosecco or Cava. You can ofcourse use cheaper options but it will affect the delicious flavor.
- Sugar - Optional, but you can add it if you want it sweeter. Note: If using sweetened peaches or peach puree, don't add any sugar.
- Grenadine - A splash on top for color and extra sweetness.

How to Make Frozen Peach Bellinis
- Blend the Peaches and Schnapps: In a blender, mix the frozen peaches and schnapps until smooth.
- Add Sugar (Optional): Taste the blend and add sugar if you want it sweeter. Blend again.
- Fill the Glasses: Pour the peach mixture into champagne flutes about halfway.
- Top with Champagne or Prosecco: Fill the rest of the glass with your sparkling wine.
- Stir and Add Grenadine: Gently stir, and if you like, add a splash of Grenadine for extra sweetness and color.
Tips
- Chill everything - Before making your bellini, make sure to chill all your ingredients and flutes. If you forgot to put the glasses into freezer, simply fill them up with crushed ice right before pouring and serving.
- Don't have peaches? If you don't care about the slushie texture, another option is to use peach puree (add it to taste, this one has added sugars). I love Monin.
- Use the best ingredients - Great ingredients make a great cocktail! Use fresh, ripe peaches for the best flavor and choose a good-quality sparkling wine for that bubbly kick.
- Blend well - For the perfect slushy texture, blend the ingredients well. Pulse the blender a few times to break up the frozen fruit, then blend on high until smooth.
- Layer for style - Want to make your bellini look fancy? Pour the peach mixture into the bottom half of a chilled glass, then top it with Prosecco or sparkling water. You’ll get a cool layered look!
- Add fresh fruit - Garnish your bellini with fresh fruit for extra flavor and style. A peach slice or some berries on top will make your drink look and taste even better. While bellini's are usually not served with ice, you could still addfrozen berries or frozen grapes. I also love freezing fruit in ice cubes and then adding to cocktails.
Variations for Frozen Peach Bellinis
- Add Vodka or Rum: If you want a stronger drink, add a little vodka or rum to the mix.
- Try Other Fruits: Not a fan of peaches? No problem! You can use other frozen fruits like strawberries, mangoes, or mixed berries.
- Make It a Mocktail: Turn it into a non-alcoholic drink by using peach nectar/puree and sparkling water instead.
Storing and Freezing Frozen Peach Bellini
For the best taste and texture, serve your frozen peach bellini right after blending to enjoy its icy, slushy goodness.
Store Leftovers. If you have any leftover bellini mix, put it in an airtight container and freeze it. When you’re ready to drink it again, let it sit out for a few minutes before blending to get the same slushy texture.
