Homemade Coconut Mango Popsicles

This mango popsicle recipe offers the perfect summer treat that's loaded with wholesome ingredients, such as real fruit, healthy sweeteners, and creamy coconut yogurt. This healthy popsicle recipe will give you a boost of vitamin C that can be enjoyed as a delicious and fun frozen dessert!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups frozen mango or you can use fresh mango chunks
  • 1 cup coconut cream or coconut yogurt
  • 2 limes
  • 2 tablespoon agave syrup or honey

Method
 

  1. Add the mango, coconut yogurt, agave, and the juice of 2 limes in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. If your limes are not very juicy, you can add some water to make it a little runnier.
  2. Divide the pureed mango into a popsicle mold and add the popsicle sticks.
  3. Freeze for at least 4 hours.
