What better way to end off a hot day than treating yourself and the family to easy mango popsicles? This mango popsicle recipe offers the perfect summer treat that's loaded with wholesome ingredients, such as real fruit, healthy sweeteners, and creamy coconut.
This healthy popsicle recipe will give you a boost of vitamin C that can be enjoyed as a delicious and fun frozen dessert!

- Frozen mango - Fresh and juicy mangoes can be used instead of frozen mangoes.
- Coconut yogurt - sweetened or unsweetened or coconut cream. Greek yogurt is another option for making creamy mango popsicles, but you may need to add extra sugar for flavor.
- Limes - Freshly squeezed lime juice is best. Orange juice or lemon juice could also be used.
- Agave Syrup - I’d say these popsicles are low sugar as technically agave has no (refined) sugar but it does have more natural sugar called fructose. Honey, maple syrup, or another sweetener that can be used. You can also make sugar-free fruit popsicles by omiting the sweeteners altogether. Depending on your ripe mango flavor these popsicles can turn out to be still sweet or on the contrary, too bland.
Add the mango, coconut cream or yogurt, agave, and the juice of 2 limes in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
If your limes are not very juicy, you can add some water to make it a little runnier.
Divide the pureed mango into a popsicle mold and add the popsicle sticks.
Freeze for at least 4 hours.
- Frozen mango chunks add to the thickness of these popsicles, but you can use fresh and juicy mangoes instead.
- Use a quality blender that blends the ingredients well until completely smooth. This will produce very smooth and creamy popsicles.
- The sweetened yogurt combined with the sweet mango and agave provides enough sweetness in these popsicles. You can increase the agave syrup or add another sweetener of your choice.
- Consider adding shredded coconut to the popsicle mixture for extra flavor and texture.
- Using popsicle molds that are easy to fill with secure lids and reusable sticks will create a much easier process for making homemade popsicles.
- Freeze these popsicles for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, depending on the temperature of your freezer. The freezing time will also need to be extended when using larger molds.
- Run your frozen popsicle molds briefly under warm water for a few seconds until they loosen. Remove them from the mold by gently pulling them by the stick.
To Store. Store fruit popsicles in freezer-friendly bags, or airtight containers in the freezer for up to 6 months.

- Combine your favorite brewed tea with agave syrup or honey for herbal tea popsicles.
- Turn a green smoothie into a green smoothie popsicle. This could include a mixture of spinach, kale, banana, apple, and almond milk.

- Fresh Mango - If you can go for fresh mango. When selecting ripe mangoes for recipes, select those slightly soft (not too soft) to the touch and free from blemishes. While fresh and ripe mangoes are ideal for smoothies, popsicles, salads (sweet and savory), and chutneys, be mindful that overripe mangoes can be too mushy and affect the texture of your recipes.
