Ingredients
  

For Salmon
  • 2 salmon fillets I used frozen and thawed them
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika you can use smoked paprika
  • olive oil spray
For Hot Honey
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon ginger grated or minced

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F.
  2. Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces. Remove the skin if preferred.

  3. Season the salmon pieces with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Lightly spray them with olive oil.

  4. Arrange the salmon on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 6-8 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and the salmon is cooked through.
  5. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the hot honey ingredients: honey, hot sauce, ginger, butter, soy sauce (if using). Stir occasionally until the sauce is warmed through and slightly thickened.

  6. Toss the baked salmon bites in the hot honey sauce until fully coated.
  7. Serve immediately with rice, cauliflower rice, or steamed veggies for a healthy and flavorful meal. Enjoy!
