Preheat the oven to 450°F.
Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces. Remove the skin if preferred.
2 salmon fillets
Season the salmon pieces with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Lightly spray them with olive oil.
1 pinch of salt, 1 pinch of black pepper, ½ teaspoon paprika, olive oil spray
Arrange the salmon on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 6-8 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and the salmon is cooked through.
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the hot honey ingredients: honey, hot sauce, ginger, butter, soy sauce (if using). Stir occasionally until the sauce is warmed through and slightly thickened.
1 pinch of black pepper, 4 tablespoons butter, 4 tablespoons honey, 3 tablespoons hot sauce, 2 tablespoon soy sauce, ½ teaspoon ginger
Toss the baked salmon bites in the hot honey sauce until fully coated.
Serve immediately with rice, cauliflower rice, or steamed veggies for a healthy and flavorful meal. Enjoy!
