Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) so it’s hot and ready.
Prepare the Potatoes: Put the potato wedges in a baking dish.

Make the Sauce: In a bowl, mix vegetable broth, juice from 1 lemon, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper.

Add the Sauce: Pour this mixture over the potato wedges.
Add Garlic and Parsley: Use a garlic press to crush the garlic and spread it over the potatoes. Sprinkle chopped parsley on top.

Add Lemon Slices: Place slices from the second lemon on the potatoes for extra flavor.
