INGREDIENTS
  

  • ¼ cup tahini
  • 2 teaspoon honey, maple or agave syrup
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced
  • ½ teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 ½ tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2-5 tablespoons hot water
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt
  • black pepper, I used lemon pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
 

  • Press the garlic and add it to a bowl or jar along with the other ingredients, starting with ¼ cup of water. Shake or whisk until well combined.
  • If the dressing is too thick, stir in the additional 2 tablespoons of water, or more if needed, to reach your desired consistency.
  • Taste and adjust the flavors as needed. If the tahini tastes a bit bitter, a touch more honey or maple/agave syrup can balance it out. Drizzle over your favorite salad and enjoy!
