INGREDIENTS
¼cuptahini
2teaspoonhoney, maple or agave syrup
1smallgarlic clove, minced
½teaspoondijon mustard
1 ½tablespoonlemon juice
2-5tablespoonshot water
3tablespoonolive oil
salt
black pepper, I used lemon pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Press the garlic and add it to a bowl or jar along with the other ingredients, starting with ¼ cup of water. Shake or whisk until well combined.
If the dressing is too thick, stir in the additional 2 tablespoons of water, or more if needed, to reach your desired consistency.
Taste and adjust the flavors as needed. If the tahini tastes a bit bitter, a touch more honey or maple/agave syrup can balance it out. Drizzle over your favorite salad and enjoy!
