INGREDIENTS
  

  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine, or apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons chopped parsley , or fresh basil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • fine salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 lb cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ teaspoons red chili flakes, optional

INSTRUCTIONS
 

  • In a salad bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, vinegar, honey, parsley, dill, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
  • Add the halved tomatoes to the mixture and gently stir to coat them. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed by adding more salt, garlic, or chili flakes.
  • Cover the bowl and let it sit in the fridge for 1-2 days. Keep it cold, but serve it at room temperature. Enjoy!
