INGREDIENTS
3tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil
1tablespoonred wine, or apple cider vinegar
1teaspoonhoney
1tablespoongarlic, minced
3tablespoonschopped parsley , or fresh basil
1tablespoonfresh dill, chopped
fine salt and black pepper, to taste
1lbcherry tomatoes, halved
½teaspoonsred chili flakes, optional
INSTRUCTIONS
In a salad bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, vinegar, honey, parsley, dill, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
Add the halved tomatoes to the mixture and gently stir to coat them. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed by adding more salt, garlic, or chili flakes.
Cover the bowl and let it sit in the fridge for 1-2 days. Keep it cold, but serve it at room temperature. Enjoy!
