- In a salad bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, vinegar, honey, parsley, dill, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
- Add the halved tomatoes to the mixture and gently stir to coat them. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed by adding more salt, garlic, or chili flakes.
- Cover the bowl and let it sit in the fridge for 1-2 days. Keep it cold, but serve it at room temperature. Enjoy!
