Tinto de Verano is a popular Spanish cocktail made with just two ingredients - red wine and lemon soda! Serve this fruity cocktail in a tall glass of ice with freshly sliced strawberries and fresh mint leaves.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup red wine
  • ½ cup lemon-lime soda or sparkling water
  • 2-3 fresh strawberries
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves optional

Method
 

  1. Take a tall glass and fill it with ice cubes.
  2. Add the red wine to the glass, filling it up to the halfway mark.
  3. Top off the glass with lemon-lime soda (or sparkling water) to fill it to the brim.
  4. Give it a gentle stir to combine the ingredients and add sliced strawberries to the glass.
  5. Optionally, garnish the glass with a sprig of fresh mint leaves.
