INGREDIENTS
  

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks, fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk, canned
  • cup heavy cream, or coconut cream
  • lime juice from half lime
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • Ice cubes, handful
  • 3-4 glazed cherries, for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS
 

  • In a blender, combine the pineapple chunks, coconut milk, fresh cream, lime juice, and honey.
  • Add a few ice cubes to the blender and blend until the ice is crushed.
  • Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness or tartness as needed by adding more honey or lime juice.
  • Pour the mocktail into glasses and garnish with a pineapple slice and glazed cherries
  • Serve cold and enjoy your delicious piña colada mocktail

NOTES

For Fun Pina Colada Variations:
  • Tropical Twist: Add other tropical fruit to the blender for a fruity twist, such as mango or strawberries.
  • Minty Pina Colada: Add a handful of fresh mint leave for a refreshing herbal infusion. 
  • Boozy Pina Colada: Add 1 ½ ounce white rum or flavored rums like coconut or pineapple. Malibu rum is a great option. 
  • Add less ice cubes, if using frozen pineapple chunks.
