This Virgin Pina Colada Recipe is a delicious and fun non-alcoholic Pina Colada drink that'll add excitement to hot summer days. It blends sweet and fresh pineapple, creamy coconut milk, fresh cream, lime juice, honey, and ice cubes for a tropical virgin cocktail you won't forget!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk canned
  • cup heavy cream or coconut cream
  • lime juice from half lime
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • Ice cubes handful
  • 3-4 glazed cherries for garnish

Method
 

  1. In a blender, combine the pineapple chunks, coconut milk, fresh cream, lime juice, and honey.
  2. Add a few ice cubes to the blender and blend until the ice is crushed.
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness or tartness as needed by adding more honey or lime juice.
  4. Pour the mocktail into glasses and garnish with a pineapple slice and glazed cherries
  5. Serve cold and enjoy your delicious piña colada mocktail

For Fun Pina Colada Variations:
  • Tropical Twist: Add other tropical fruit to the blender for a fruity twist, such as mango or strawberries.
