If you have a few ripe tomatoes sitting on the counter, this Creamy Tomato Dill Salad is one of the easiest side dishes you can make. Juicy tomatoes are tossed with thinly sliced onion, fresh dill, and a creamy dressing made with sour cream (or a mix of sour cream and Greek yogurt).
I usually make this during tomato season when the tomatoes actually taste like tomatoes. It's simple, refreshing, and somehow disappears from the table every single time.

Table of Contents
Ingredients
- Tomatoes - Use ripe, in-season tomatoes for the best flavor. Roma tomatoes work, but vine-ripened or garden tomatoes are my favorite.Onion - Thinly sliced onion adds a little bite. If raw onion isn't your thing, soak the slices in cold water for 10 minutes before adding them.
