High Protein Cottage Cheese Scrambled Eggs start with the same pan and the same few minutes as any scrambled eggs, just with cottage cheese whisked into the raw eggs first. It sounds like a small change and it is, but it takes a normal breakfast to about 19 grams of protein without turning heavy or watery.

High Protein Cottage Cheese Scrambled Eggs Recipe
Cottage cheese melts into scrambled eggs as they cook, so you end up with soft, creamy curds instead of anything grainy or lumpy. It costs you one extra ingredient and about ten minutes, and you cannot really taste it.
This is a five minute breakfast on a normal morning, and if you whisk everything together the night before, it drops to closer to five minutes total including the pan.
Ingredients
- Eggs - four large eggs is the base of the recipe.
- Cottage cheese - whisked right into the raw eggs. It melts as the eggs cook and you will not taste it as cottage cheese.
- Butter - for the pan. It adds flavor and helps keep the eggs from sticking.
- Salt and pepper - keep it simple, the cottage cheese already adds a little richness.
