Kid Friendly Recipes
Feeding kids can be very, very HARD, especially toddlers. Am I right?
But it doesn't have to be, unless you have true and tried recipes. As long as you have a couple of recipes in your sleeve that they always love to eat you are good to go (I call it mastering the menu rotation even if you have only 2-3 recipes that you can serve slightly different each time). And just making it a fun experience using your fantasy to make an occasional funny animal face or figurine with different food ingredients.
Kid friendly recipes shouldn't be always those deep fried, crispy foods that you can find pretty much in ALL restaurant menus. Who needs that unhealthy food? Not your kid, for sure!
I am constantly testing and trying new recipes for my son, and those Kid Friendly recipes are always winners in our house.
Some of his favorites include Gigi Hadid's Pasta Recipe (I don't add vodka and use less oil and he loves it), Tomato Eggplant Pasta, all fritters and patties like these easy Zucchini and Corn Fritters and Vegan Minestrone Soup.
You can always tweak each recipe depending on your child's age, and flavor combination. Use low sodium options whenever possible, add less or no spicy ingredients and use low-calorie cheeses. Boy, do they love cheese!
