When I'm craving something sweet but don't want to bake, these Peanut Butter Stuffed Dates are my go-to treat. They're soft, chewy, creamy, and taste a little like a homemade candy bar. Best of all, you only need 2 ingredients and 10 minutes to make them.

Healthy Date Snack
Julia's Why-You'll-Love-It List
- Naturally sweet and satisfying.
- Only 2 ingredients required.
- No baking or cooking needed.
- Easy enough for kids to help make.
- Great for meal prep and grab-and-go snacking.
- Easily customizable with fun toppings.
- Vegan and gluten-free (check your peanut butter label if needed).
Ingredients
- Medjool dates - These are my favorite because they're large, soft, and naturally caramel-like. They're easy to stuff and hold plenty of peanut butter. However, if you already have another variety at home, go ahead and use it. Just keep in mind that smaller dates will hold less filling, and firmer dates may benefit from a quick soak in warm water to soften them up.
- Peanut butter - I usually use natural peanut butter made with just peanuts, but any creamy peanut butter will work.
