This Watermelon Slushie is my go-to drink when it's too hot to think about turning on the oven. Made with sweet watermelon and just a few simple ingredients, it's icy, refreshing, and tastes like summer in a glass. I always make a double batch because it disappears fast around here.

Ingredients For Watermelon Slushie

- Watermelon Chunks - Fresh and juicy watermelon, cut into small pieces, forms the base of this refreshing slushie. If you want this drink to be thicker, use frozen watermelon cubes.
- Honey - Adds a touch of natural sweetness to enhance the flavor of the watermelon. You may leave it out if the watermelon is super ripe and sweet already.
- Mint Leaves - Fresh mint leaves offer a burst of aromatic flavor and a beautiful finishing touch.
- Optional add on - you can also add a touch of lime juice to your slushie.
