How To make Pink Oatmeal Strawberry Porridge Recipe
You can whip up a bowl in only 5-10 minutes from start to finish.
STEP 1
Add milk to a pot and bring to a simmer. Add in the oats, salt, and cinnamon. Cook, stirring occasionally for the porridge not to stick to the bottom of the pot. Stir until the oats are creamy and have absorbed the liquid, about 5-8 minutes. Add a little more milk or water if needed.
STEP 2
Add in raspberries, and coconut milk. Stir well.
STEP 3
Remove from the heat and cover for 2 minutes.
STEP 4
Transfer to your favorite serving bowls and decorate with your favorite toppings. I used strawberries, raspberries, pomegranate, almonds and maple syrup.
Makes about 2 small bowls, hope you enjoy!
