- regular or nondairy milk
- coconut milk
- oats (gluten free if desired)
- grapes
- pinch of salt
- apricot
- cinnamon
- flax seeds
- maple syrup (optional if you like more sweet)

How To Make Creamy Oatmeal Porridge With Grapes And Apricots
It's super easy, I use my go to oatmeal porridge recipe for this. I love to add Coconut milk as it gives that extra creaminess to the porridge.
You can customize this recipes easily with changing the fruits and adding more berries into it.
- STEP 1
- Add milk to a pot and bring to a simmer. Add in the oats, salt, and cinnamon. Cook, stirring occasionally for the porridge not to stick to the bottom of the pot.
- STEP 2
- Stir until the oats are creamy and have absorbed the liquid, about 5-8 minutes. Add a little more milk or water if needed.
- STEP 3
- Add in diced apricot, maple syrup (or leave it for drizzle on top), flaxseeds, and coconut milk.
- STEP 4
- Remove from the heat and cover for 2 minutes to let the apricot soften and warm through.
- STEP 5
- Transfer to your favorite serving bowls and decorate with grapes, sliced apricot, and sprinkle with cinnamon and chocolate, or with any of your favorite toppings.

- 1 ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon flax seeds
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup (optional if you like more sweet)
